Assistant Service Advisor and Production Coordinator (Spokane)
Flash’s Auto Body is a high-end automotive collision repair center specializing in luxury and performance vehicles, and providing superior service to customers. Flash’s is a leader in the auto repair industry advocating for safe, quality repairs, and strict adherence to OEM repair specifications. As we are continually growing, we are looking for a new member to add to our team who can help us affect innovation while we can maintain and improve excellent service to our clients.
We are searching for the best candidate to fit our team and produce the desired results. We are more focused with who we are hiring beyond what they know.
Duties include:
- Preparing accurate repair estimates following OEM procedures
- Interact with insurance adjusters, documentation of repairs
- Interact with technicians for supplements & repair procedures
- interact with Parts-Manager, coordinate timely acquisition of parts
- Manage assigned repairs on schedule
- Provide timely customer updates on the status or repairs
- Complete all appropriate paperwork in a timely manner
- Support the production manager in daily op’s
Minimum qualifications:
- Auto repair shop/dealership experience as a service advisor or technician
- Experience with CCC One preferred
- Sales experience preferred
- Ability to be task oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Interest/knowledge/passion for the automotive industry
- Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency to work with basic computer programs
- Discretion in confidential matters
- Ability to learn new things quickly
- Ability to take directions
- Good work ethic
- Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle
- Available to work some Saturdays
