Local Kent office looking for a telephone customer service clerk. Position is available immediately with Monday-Friday office hours schedule. 35-40hrs
This Position Involves/Requires:
Answering inbound phone calls
Making outbound phone calls
Taking/verifying customer orders
Helping out with various office projects
Filing
Multitasking
Accuracy
Problem solving

Email Communications
Entry Level Accounts Receivable Tasks
Other tasks around the office as needed
Goals: We're looking for someone who is able to multitask, detail oriented, responsible, reliable, enjoys being on the phone, has reliable transportation, eager to learn new things and willing to be here every day.
Environment: Laid back small office. You will be assigned your own cubicle desk space, with a headset phone and will get all necessary training.
This is NOT a telemarketing position, but an office position assisting our customers and management.
