Advantage Auto Direct is currently accepting applications for an experienced Office & Titling Manager in our Kent, WA office.
The right candidate must be focused, dependable, self-motivated, have excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
Requirements/Responsibilities:
Maintain regular communication with the Dealer Principal on the standings of the dealership, cost saving measures, and any issues that may require their attention
Manage and oversee the financial activities of the dealership
Develop and maintain accurate financial records
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
Submits concise, complete, and clear legible records for both dealership and customer use.
Manage the process of accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure proper payment processing
Ensure receipt of payment for vehicle sales
Prepares accounts payable checks and maintains all accounts payable files.
Analyzes vender accounts and answers all vendor inquiries.
Process title and vehicle registration
Apply for duplicates titles
Checks for accuracy in paperwork and ensure all information is correct
Call bank for lien releases and process payoff requests
Qualifications:
Ability to multi -task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Superb decision-making, problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience with dealership management computer systems (PBS preferred)
Automotive experience highly preferred
