Small business in Kirkland is seeking the right person for a challenging and fulfilling warehouse position. We are a fast-paced and growing business and this position is available immediately. Job description includes the following:
- Inventory Control (checking incoming shipments, verifying contents, labeling packages/boxes)
- Communicate with clients and internal staff regarding shipment issues
- Ability to interpret and fully understand customer purchase orders
- UPS/FedEx shipping (backup to current manager, will train if needed)
Qualifications and Experience:
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency including MS Excel and Word
- Ability to anticipate problems and resolve issues independently
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Proven ability to work on several projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines
- Problem solver and fast learner
- Ability to follow direction
- Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Team player but also comfortable working independently
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize daily activities
- Exude a positive and professional demeanor
