I'm looking for an assistant to help me with the following for my real estate flipping and development needs:
1. Setting up loans with my private lenders and coordinate with escrow companies and real estate agents involved for inspections and closing
2. Working with my private lenders, escrow, insurance company and agents to close the houses when I buy or sell
3. Creating and executing marketing campaigns to bring in more real estate leads for acquisitions
4. Coordinating with contractors in case they need to be paid
5. Help with filing
6. Be able to use QuickBooks to access information
To qualify, you must have the following:
1. Good understand of real estate
2. Must be available to come to work about 4 days a week
3. Must be trustworthy, reliable, and prompt
4. Must work well with others and have great communication skills
5. Absolutely no criminal history
6. No drugs or alcohol related issues and no personal problems
7. Must be kind and treat everyone with respect and professionalism
8. Must be opened to learning, to constructive criticisms, and accountability
9. Basic or good knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
10. Great phone skills
11. Good computer skills such as typing, emailing, Google
12. Good knowledge in Microsoft Words
You will work in a small office environment in Renton but might have to drive to the projects once in awhile. You will work about 30 to 40 hours a week and you will not be asked to work on the weekends. There won't be any medical benefit.
Starting wage is around $25 to $40 an hour plus some bonus when deals are bought then sold via the results of the marketing campaigns
