Live On Site - Rent credit towards 2bedroom 2bath Apartment in a 14 unit building in Greenwood you will also manage a 19 unit building 4 min away also in Greenwood. Duties will be collecting and depositing rents, turn over/clean vacant units, post ads on line, prepare leases and related paper work, maintain common area's and exterior grounds, Some painting and medium repair and maintaince skills required. Manager will live onsite, Compensation will be $2000 a month full rent credit Manager can still work a regular or part time job. Manager will work directly with owner of the buildings.
