Job Description:
As a Cold Caller intern at The Ritz Real Estate Group, you will be responsible for reaching out to homeowners who are interested in selling their properties. Using our state-of-the-art triple dialer system and provided scripts, you will engage with potential sellers, identify their needs, and qualify them as leads for our real estate investment opportunities. Additionally, you will be required to participate in a 30-minute Zoom call with the team every Monday morning to review progress, discuss strategies, and align on goals for the week. After the initial training, this role offers the flexibility to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to homeowners interested in selling their properties.
- Utilize the triple dialer system and provided scripts to effectively communicate with leads.
- Build rapport and establish trust with potential sellers.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and leads generated.
- Participate in a 30-minute Zoom call every Monday morning with the team to review progress and set weekly goals.
Requirements:
- Availability for 3-5 days a week, minimum 4 hours per day.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Own a laptop for remote work.
- No real estate license required.
- Ability to attend a 30-minute Zoom call every Monday morning.
