The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of turning around apartment businesses, managing tenant relations, overseeing maintenance, and optimizing occupancy and financial performance. Experience with leasing, budgeting, marketing, and working in multifamily residential communities is a must.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in property management, ideally with a focus on apartment complexes

Familiarity with property management software
Familiarity with local regulations in WA and ID preferred
