FULL-TIME COMMUNITY MANAGER
We are a mid-size apartment complex and are located in Des Moines, Washington. Just minutes away from downtown Des Moines and SeaTac airport. We are seeking a community manager that is outgoing and has great personable skills.
JOB OVERVIEW
As a community manager, you are responsible overseeing day-to-day operations. Tasks include, but not limited to:
Collecting rent and maintaining ledgers
Responsible for prospective tenant relations
o Advertising available units
o Showing available units
o Background checks
o Signing leases
Responsible for tenant relations
o Intake of maintenance requests, coordination with maintenance team on work orders
o Defining and implementing property policies
o Handling resident feedback
Regular inspection of the property
o Maintain the cleanliness of the property
o Ensure tenants are in compliance of Property’s rules and regulations
Coordinating with vendors
COMPENSATION
55-60K/year, dependent on experience
