Summary of Position
We are looking for a Leasing Agent/ Admin Assistant for 4 properties spanning Downtown Seattle to Everett. You will be responsible for the following (but not limited to):
- Manage rent collection
- Provide tours to fill vacant units
- Follow up with leads
- Work with Assistant Regional Manager to prepare late/delinquent notices, violation notices, rent increase notices, etc.
- Enforce terms of rental agreements and community regulations to ensure a high-quality resident experience.
- Keep the property in a neat, clean, and well-maintained condition. Exterior and interior inspections of the community on an on-going basis.
- Assist with triaging maintenance issues
- Preparing monthly reports and maintaining accurate records
Compensation
- Full-time
- $40-42k annual salary
Requirements
- Disciplined self-starter with strong time management and prioritization skills
- Well-organized & responsible
- Strong customer service skills
- Must have a vehicle and valid driver license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools
- Must undergo a background check
- Office hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 9am-5:00pm
- 2+ years working experience
Preferred
- Property management, admin, sales or leasing experience
- Live on-site
- Bilingual (Spanish)
