Part Time Great Job Opportunity

WWR Properties, is a commercial & residential property management company, family owned, with properties located in Tacoma and Gig Harbor area, and we are seeking a reliable & organized office admin/property manager assistant to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support directly to the owners of the company as well as assist in managing their rental properties.

What we are looking for – Someone who is hard working, team player and very organized and can bring a positive attitude to the work environment. We are looking for someone who has AppFolio or any property management software experience as well as strong written and verbal communication skills. We ask that you multitask in an organized and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to be self-sufficient with strong time management skills. US work authorization and High School diploma (or equivalent) are also required.

Responsibilities:

- Direct communication with maintenance crew regarding work orders and future projects.

- Assisting commercial property manager and accountant in various tasks

- Minor property management of rental units, including listing units when available, drafting lease agreements, reviewing applications & entering rent payments.

Communication:

- Handle incoming phone calls, emails and rare office visits in a professional and appropriate manner

Record Keeping:

- Maintain up-to-date records related to ongoing projects, tenants and leasing inquiries and availability & property status.

- Assist with various tasks, such as vendors proposals and follow ups.

Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, ideally in property management, however, candidates with preferred attributes & willingness to learn will be considered.
