Apartment Property Manager Responsibilities:
All operational and financial aspects of the community.
Facilitates quality performance in: Leasing and marketing, collections, accounting, maintenance, information reporting, personnel management, revenue enhancement and full compliance with all company policies, Fair Housing and all local laws and ordinances.
Experience and Skills:
Previous Property Management experience required.
Create a positive environment for all residents, staff and vendors.
Previous experience in leasing and/or assistant property management capacity.
Knowledge of market trends and ability to exercise judgment and make suggested improvements in marketing and resident retention.
Ability to review financial statements, budgets, variance reporting and operating forecast.
Experience with Yardi property management software preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office & general computer skills.
Strong written and verbal communications skills. Must be able to present ideas in a clear, concise and organized manner.
Attention to detail, self-driven and a positive attitude are a must!
