Property Maintenance Full Time
Manufactured home park seeks a full-time maintenance person/handyman to handle the following:
Daily repairs
Monthly turning of vacant home, up to 1600 sq. ft
Outside work including landscaping, setting posts, pressure washing, painting
Minor Carpentry; Plumbing; Electrical
All responsibilities at single site in Midland area of Tacoma
Looking for applicants with the following:
Must have a working cell phone
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Experience with turning of apartments/houses and/or remodeling a plus
Minor plumbing, electrical, drywall; exterior painting, and carpentry experience preferred
Familiarity with mobile home and modular home construction is a plus.
There will be a wide variety of tasks for this position and it will change daily. We need someone
that is willing to listen and take direction from our On Site Manager, but still be able to complete tasks and
solve problems independently.
We need someone who will be cooperative with a professional attitude that can get along with
multiple personalities as this person will be dealing with the Manager and Tenants.
Safety of our residents and staff members is one of our top priorities. Displaying good safety
habits along with being organized, efficient, and punctual is a must. A background check on the employee WILL be conducted.
Salary will be $22/hour to $26/hour based on qualifications and work history. Expect to work a 40-hour week. Position will begin first week of end of October 2024. Interviews will be conducted Late October 2024 on site.
This is a location and job that WILL NOT GO AWAY. THE WORK WILL ALWAYS BE HERE.
