Full time position and start right away. We manage individual rental homes, apartment buildings and some commercial buildings around Pierce County. Bring you eye for detail to this position. The job is based in the office the majority of the day but some outside property inspections are required. Use of your vehicle will be reimbursed per mile.
As a Maintenance Supervisor your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Handle resident service requests received via our software
Scheduling the maintenance staff and vendors
Working directly with property owners and vendors
Move-out dispositions completed in timely fashion
Qualifications:
Must be a team player with a superior customer service attitude.
Great written and verbal skills
Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Skilled with all Microsoft office programs
Experience:
Experience in Rental Home/Apartment Maintenance managing
