Resident apartment manager position for Greenlake 45 unit apartment building. We are looking for a two (2) person team of which one person does not work elsewhere. Experience is helpful but not necessary. The position is part time and takes about 2 hours per day. The compensation is a 2 bedroom apartment (which has wood flooring, stainless steel appliances and washer/dryer in unit), garage parking, storage, water/sewer/garbage plus $200 per month to start. We are looking for someone long term (not just for a year or two).
Some of the resident manager duties include, but are not limited to: collecting and depositing rents; record keeping; marketing, posting ads and showing available units; dealing with tenant issues and troubleshooting repairs; taking deliveries; building and common area maintenance; landscape maintenance; etc.
