As a Cold Calling Specialist Intern, you’ll be connecting with potential buyers and sellers. Using our advanced calling systems and proven scripts, you’ll start conversations, build rapport, and qualify leads that our top agents can turn into closed deals. Every qualified lead you generate means commission in your pocket.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients
Use our advanced calling systems and scripts to confidently communicate
Build trust and spark interest in Ritz Real Estate services
Qualify leads using our step-by-step criteria
Earn commission for every qualified lead generated (uncapped potential)

Requirements:
Availability 3–5 days per week, minimum 4 hours per day
