What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced crews with a track record in commercial projects, Hotels, Stores, etc.
- Responsible professionals who meet deadlines and maintain high-quality work.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Must have a Certificate of Insurance (COI) and W9.
- Willingness to travel for out-of-state projects.
- Ability to provide detailed estimates with a clear breakdown of costs, labor, and timelines.
- Materials will depend on the project.
- Payment is per contract.
