Looking for a sales manager with experience that does not come and just sit at the desk and take deals, I want someone to move the needle. We sell 50 a month and we have a ton of leads( over 400 a month) we mostly do primary deals, not secondary but I believe there is room to grow. This job is not for the faint of heart and requires some hustle, honestly I have hired a bunch of duds that come in and tell me all the things I want to hear and then do what I’m already doing( I don’t need to pay anyone for that) I’m in no hurry to mess my store up with a bunch of drama. I want to do honest good business and I believe we should be paid accordingly for that.
