Pacific Power Batteries sells batteries and battery related products to all levels of trade. We treat our employees well because we know how important they are to our business. We are looking for someone with some auto, electronics, or parts sales experience. 5 days/week but must be able to work one of the weekend days per week.
Because we may need you to make deliveries and commercial sales visits, you must have a good driving record and be smoke/vape and drug-free.
Beginning compensation, PLUS benefits:
$3500/Month includes
Starting wage for this position is $20.00/hour for the first 40 hours, then $30/hour for overtime of 2.5 hours each week. Paid training is in Everett. After training, at 90-120 days, you'll have a review. Current top base pay for this position is $4261/month plus benefits. Benefits will come to you within 30-120 days, Employer pays your (only your) premiums for Premera Medical Insurance –Life Insurance -Vision Insurance - Dental Insurance– Disability Insurance. Most employers (not us) deduct your premium (or a % of it from your wage for this). The value of the benefits vary by your age: 21-34 y.o. $717/mo. ($4.48/hour); 35-49 y.o. $961.52/mo. ($6.00/hour); 50-64 y.o. $1389.18/mo. ($8.68/hr.). These values are IN ADDITION to your base salary.
Paid Sick Time of 1 hour for every 40 hours worked (available after 90 days); 1 week PTO after year 1, 2 weeks PTO after 2 yrs.
Employee monthly bonus program in addition to monthly salary, averages $200/month IN ADDITION to your wage and benefits;
