Job Summary: The Bridal Consultant will assist clients in selecting wedding attire and accessories, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. This role requires a passion for bridal fashion, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients in selecting bridal gowns and accessories.
Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences and needs.
Schedule and manage appointments for dress fittings and consultations.
Maintain knowledge of current bridal fashion trends and store inventory.
Facilitate alterations and customization processes with seamstresses and designers.
Ensure the bridal salon and fitting rooms are clean, organized, and welcoming.
Handle customer inquiries and requests with professionalism.
Process transactions, payments and orders accurately.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred but not required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Detail-oriented with a keen sense of style and fashion.
Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays as needed. No late evenings.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
