Overview
Learn and assist with Narrows Marina office functions as well as Narrows Marina Bait & Tackle store operations. Professionally address client’s needs, diligently carry out all assigned tasks, in a fun environment.
Skills and Competencies:
Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain records and documentation pertaining to the workforce.
Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively to others, understand material, and provides instructions to others.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Help solve problems that affect the Marina and Store's service, efficiency, and productivity.
Place orders with multiple vendors for inventory throughout the store.
Receiving and stock inventory
Provide and inspire outstanding service to our customers.
Oversee proper pricing of merchandise and ensure all price changes are made.
Manage vendor relations.
Lock and secure the store.
Execution of daily tasks; answering phones, cashier, gas sales and fishing/hunting licenses.
Compliance of company policies and standards, such as safekeeping of Company funds and property
Any other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Full time Position, Ability to work a flexible schedule including some weekends and holidays in the summer season.
Availability to work the hours necessary to open and/or close the store.
Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.

Compensation:
Pay range: $24-$27
