Cougar Mountain Zoo is seeking to hire for an opening in the Guest Services Department of the zoo - specifically Admissions and Retail. This position is part time hourly, with potential to be a full-time salaried position. Weekend availability required. Prior retail and customer service experience preferred but not required. Responsibilities include but not limited to daily admissions operation, retail operation and maintenance of Zoo gift shop, printing and distribution of Zoo literature to visitors, promotion and administration of Zoo membership and other basic Zoo Programs.
