We are hiring a Customer Service Representative / Warehouse Associate to join our team in Seattle, WA.
Responsibilities: Include but are not limited to:
Generate quotes, enter orders, contact vendors, update customer records and track orders as necessary.
Maintain effective parts department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
Accurately manage, process, and expedite high volume of hydraulic, pneumatic and industrial hose work orders and inquiries.
Fully inspect and authorize all necessary orders, picking slips, and purchase orders.
Perform inventory counts and stock orders.
Maintain shipping and receiving. Receive orders from vendors, check purchase orders, and ship out parts when necessary.
Keep front and rear counter areas clean and uncluttered. Keep current on new products and product updates.
Do customer deliveries and pick-ups when needed.
Complying with safety regulations
Other duties as necessary
Successful candidate will possess:
Experience in a parts, service, or inventory department
A strong work ethic
Forklift certification
Good written and verbal communication skills, good basic math skills
Technologically savvy and willing to learn operating program.
Excellent organization skills
Must be team player, flexible and committed to quality work
Be able to lift up to 60lbs.
