The funnest job you may ever have. We are currently accepting resumes for our peak Winter season. We're looking for well spoken, positive people, with a love for and experience with skiing & snowboarding. A preference is for those with prior snowsports and outdoor retail industry experience, but enthusiasm and a love for the sport count too.
Being able to be respectful of current safety protocols, personal space, and acceptance of mask mandates is required in our workplace.
Job entails all manor of small shop tasks including sales, customer service, merchandising, shop clean up, etc. We are a family owned business with low employee turnover, so a fun attitude and ability to shine in a team environment is required.
We sell and service new and used sports gear and accessories with an emphasis on skiing, snowboarding, general sporting goods, and cycling equipment. Knowing a fair bit about these things is great, but expect to learn a lot more.
Ability to work evenings (no later than 9:00) and weekends is required. This is retail so the ability to work during the holidays is mandatory. Position is for part time to start with possibility of up to 3/4 time during holiday season.
