We are seeking a Retail Service Representativeto become an integral part of our team! This position starts as on-call, and applicants must be able to accept full-time hours when they become available.
You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail settingin order to drivecompany revenue.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and identify customer needs
Explain products and services to customers
Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
Enter and process customer orders
Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Previous vapor industry experience a huge plus, but not necessary
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and build rapport with customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong negotiation skills
Must have ability to task manageand complete in-store projects, while keeping up with customer needs, as necessary
Must have basic computer skills, with ability to interact with online software programs, search engines, websites,etc.
Must be able to accurately manage register cash, basic till counting, pulling end-of-shift reports, and filling out bank drop sheets
