We are Baleen, a handmade, modern jewelry brand (shopbaleen.com) with a storefront/studio in the Ballard neighborhood. We are looking for a Seasonal retail sales person, who is available November 1st through Dec 24th with a flexible schedule and is available both Sat and Sun. Must have excellent retail sales/customer service skills and experience, be a team player, and enjoy working with your hands.
Please Note: This position is temporary/seasonal part-to-full-time, from November 1st - December 24th.
It is part time from Nov 1-26th and full time Nov 28th - Dec 24th.
Schedule/Hours:
Nov 1-26th: 2-3 days/week (Sun-Thurs, 11-5pm)
Nov 28th - Dec 24th: 5 days/week - days may vary but we always need availability on Sat/Sun (10-6pm)
Duties include:
- Helping customers and ringing up purchases
- Keeping the sales floor well stocked, clean and organized
- Packaging products
The job requires: great customer service skills, good organization, attention to detail, a sense of aesthetic and design, accountability, multi-tasking, teamwork, reliability, working with your hands and light cleaning.
