Hi! I’m Shalise. I run a small business out of my home and am looking to hire a Personal Assistant.
My business is a Crystal online shop and I specialize in selling Gems and Minerals. I would love to find someone who shares my enthusiasm or is willing to learn about crystals and can add to a positive work environment. I am looking for an individual with excellent time management skills, a self starter, experience with social media, and is consistent in their job performance.
JOB DETAILS
$17-$20/hour based on experience.
20-30 hours per week, Tuesday-Saturday.
Must be able to travel. Travel pay is set $100 per from. Flight, room, and food are included. Trips last anywhere between 5 days to up to two weeks. Domestic and international travel.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma/GED equivalent
Valid Drivers License/Passport with ability to travel
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Create and organize spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Able to maintain a clean work environment
Task and detail oriented
Receiving and processing inventory
JOB DUTIES
Primarily assisting me with prepping inventory throughout the week and Live sales on TikTok every weekend.
This includes assistance:
- Processing inventory weekly
- Prepping inventory for live sales
- Sorting during Live sale,
- Cleaning work station
- Packing orders
- Transporting orders to Post Office
- Managing storage and inventory
- Assisting with various day to day work operations
Day to day work duties will change based off what is needed to be done that day. I would love to hire somebody who is flexible, task oriented, enthusiastic, has a positive work attitude, loves change in day to day and a none corporate work environment to thrive in. This is an opportunity to learn about rare gem and minerals from all over the world including learning about Crystal structures and localities. In my work environment I like to keep things calm yet productive while we work, either listen to music or watch movies.
