GoEBITS is looking to expand our team and business. After 20 years in business, we are proud to open our second location in Bellevue. We are currently looking for a hardware technician and a store manager to help us expand our business. A candidate with experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
We are looking for:
Experienced Hardware Technician:
A computer technician that is experienced in diagnostic and repair of both Apple and PC hardware. Phone experience is a plus, but we are willing to help the right candidate achieve certification.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Carrying out daily repairs and diagnostics of devices
- Organizing daily repairs and prioritizing tickets
- Interacting with customers in regards to tickets
- Continued training in new repair guidelines and procedures
Job Requirements:
- Experience working as a hardware technician for desktops, notebooks, PC, and Mac
- iPhone repair experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work both as a team and individually
- Desire to improve both individually, and as a team
- Experience in iPhone and smartphone repair is a plus
- Experience in computer networking and IT support is a plus
Store Manager:
Seeking a Store Manager to manage and oversee operations for one of our store locations. Management experience required.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Managing operations for a repair location
- Organizing and delegating tasks to repair team
- Overseeing repair progress
- Overseeing invoice and repair ticket production
- Cash and inventory management
- Working with customers to ensure positive repair experience
Job Requirements:
- Experience working as a store manager
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of notebooks, desktops, PC and Mac
- Adept ability in office applications and quickbooks
