5+ years of experience in best-in-class materials management with a supply chain operations in a high-tech environment
At least 5 years of direct people management experience and building diverse teams.
Bachelor's Degree in business-related major or similar
Results driven, problem-solver, collaborative, and team oriented
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop staff in a rapidly growing organization
Excellent computer/software skills. (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems, including awareness of Microsoft Navision.
Must possess organizational skills to meet deadlines and assist staff in multi-tasking.
Ability to travel between Bothell and other locations as needed.
Ability to lift 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to work a flexible work schedule
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a manufacturing setting and ISO 13485 environment
APICS CPIM, CSCP or CLTD
