$22- $25/H
Requirements:
Must be 21+
Must be familiar with WA state bar safety and liquor laws (or willing to learn fast)
Must be comfortable handling high-energy crowds
Must pass a background check
Weekend & late-night availability required
Drug Free
Responsibilities (monitoring entrances, checking IDs, handling conflicts, ensuring safety)

We’re looking for Security/Staff Support to help keep our nightclub safe, smooth, and fun for both customers and staff.
Job Duties Include (But Not Limited To):
️ Crowd & Safety Control – Following Washington State laws to ensure a safe and fun environment.
️ Liquor Law Enforcement – Checking IDs, watching for over-service, and making sure we stay compliant.
️ De-escalation Techniques – Handling situations calmly and professionally to keep the peace.
️ Customer Service with a Smile – Be approachable, firm when needed, and always professional.
️ Cleaning & Side Work – Helping with end-of-night tasks, moving tables, and keeping things in order.
️ Communication Skills Required – You’ll need to be clear, direct, and a team player.
️ Sense of Humor is a Plus! – We deal with characters—staying cool and having a laugh makes the job better.
