VIP Access Management, provides security and access control for multi-tenant office complexes in the greater Seattle area. We are currently seeking security guards for after-hours access control and security of the buildings, parking areas, and grounds at our SEATAC Location. This position may require cross training to cover other properties as well, but not right away.
Positions available are: Full time, predominately NIGHT SHIFTS if scheduled Monday-Friday. However, applicants must be flexible for day and/or night shifts on the weekends, and weekends will be mandatory. Please do not apply if you cannot work weekends. Shift schedule typically reflects 4 on - 3 off, with weekends being 2 of the 4 shifts. Applicants must be able to cover any shift as we are open 24/7.
Compensation:
Starting wage: $14.25 - $15.00/hr
Applicants must:
- Be 18 y/o or older.
- Have no criminal record.
- Be willing and able to pass a background check.
- Be physically fit enough to be able to walk or run if needed, climb stairs without difficulty, and be able to lift and carry at least 60 pounds.
- Must speak and write English proficiently (fluently), and have good communication skills.
- Be willing to meet a grooming standard.
- Be willing to commit to at least 6 months of employment with the company.
