JOB SUMMARY -

The Licensing Coordinator at the Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribal Gaming Agency is responsible for overseeing the licensing processes for Class II and Class III gaming License, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Facilitating the issuance and renewal of licenses for applicants, employees, and casino vendors, the Coordinator operates within the framework of Tribal-State Compact, Indian Gaming Regulatory Act, and relevant laws. Additionally, they maintain accurate records, facilitate communication with licensing authorities, and provide recommendations to the Tribal Gaming Commission. Through careful attention to detail and effective communication, the Licensing Coordinator upholds the integrity of gaming operations while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment within the agency. The Port Gamble S’Klallam Tribe, originally known as the Nux Sklai Yem or The Strong People, are descendants of the Salish peoples with ancestral ties to the Kitsap Peninsula that date back at least 1,000 years.
