We are currently building a professional security team for a new client with retail locations in Poulsbo and on Bainbridge Island. We only have a limited number of positions available. The roles include visible uniformed security and plain clothes loss prevention.

Basic Requirements:
To be a part of our team, you should meet the following requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to pass a background check and secure a WA guard card.
No tattoos on the face, hands, or neck, and no visible offensive tattoos.
Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
While prior military or security experience is preferred, it's not a mandatory requirement.
Have the physical stamina to stand or walk for long periods.
Exhibit proficient reading and writing skills.
Safely operate a taser and OC spray, with completion of basic and advanced training.
Role Responsibilities:
As part of our security team, you'll be tasked with:
Ensuring the safety and security of guests and employees at local client locations.
Implementing loss prevention measures to mitigate theft at stores.
Actively looking for threats and safety hazards.
Responding to medical emergencies, providing initial assistance until professional medical help arrives.
Maintaining a professional and vigilant appearance while on duty.
Keeping a daily activity log and completing incident reports.

Pay and Benefits:
Pay scale: $20-$27 an hour.
Pay depends on position and experience.
We will contribute to an HRA (Health Reimbursement Arrangement) depending on position and full or part time employment.
