Family owned and operated used car dealership is looking for highly motivated sales personnel to join our team! We have been open since 2009 and have built an exceptional reputation with customers. We are looking to fill positions at each of our locations in Snohomish County. Our Everett store is located on busy Highway 99, and our Marysville store is location right on State Avenue.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Greet all customers to the dealership.
-Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle
-Stay informed on our inventory
-Provide test drives and present cost analysis to customers.
-Follow-up with all customers in a timely and effective manner. This may include phone, text, email, and other means.
-Use CRM tool in an effective manner daily and complete all necessary tasks.
-Input customer information into CRM and maintain an active database of current and previously sold customers.
We will train and provide you with the tools necessary to be successful.
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
Auto sales experience a plus, but not required
Outgoing, energetic, helpful, and positive personality.
Team player
Be able to follow processes
Driven with the ambition to meet and exceed goals by constantly learning and improving.
Time management skills to be consistently productive.
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Valid Washington Driver's License and Clean driving record
