Car Sales Executive
Duties:
- Conduct sales activities for new and used vehicles
- Cold call potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments
- Market and promote available vehicles to potential buyers
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers
- Utilize sales management software to track leads, customer interactions, and sales progress
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Demonstrate vehicles to customers and explain features and benefits
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance the customer's experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- Proficient in using sales management software and other relevant tools
- Ability to cold call and generate leads through various channels
- Bilingual skills (preferred) to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills
