We are looking for a service writer/shop manager with a solid background in a medium volume shop ($1-2 million/year). We have built a loyal customer base over the past 25 years and need someone who can continue providing a high level of service.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Perform auto service estimates, communicate with and advise customers based on their needs, and follow up to make sure we've met expectations. You will have the ability/expectation to make decisions that create the best environment and experience for your techs and customers. Manage the flow of parts and vehicles to keep your techs busy and productive.
