We are seeking a part to full-time contractor role for a Business Development Representative (BDR).
The BDR will be responsible for setting appointments and meetings with qualified buyers in government, private, and public companies across 4 states. The BDR will be paid for setting appointments that are closed by company sales executives and leadership.
This is a "Contract to Hire" role where a full-time role is possible for meeting and exceeding targets after 90-120 days or less, and thus converting to benefits, base salary, commission, and long term incentives such as stock options.
Qualifications
- Must be based in the Seattle metro or be able to commute to an office 2-3 days a week
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- At least 1 year in a telephone based, telesales business development or prospecting role
- Comfort speaking to business leaders and facilities contacts
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
- Desire to performa activities in lead generation and prospecting daily
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic Proficiency in Salesfore.com and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
