Prior experience as a sales, desk, finance, used car, or general manager is required. Basic responsibilities -Be familiar with credit unions -Be familiar with banks -Be able to close car deals -Be able to train new sales people -Be able to line, close, or desk to make a car deal Required Work Experience -Minimum 3 years retail experience in management. Because we attract all customer types, an understanding of subprime and prime lending and deal structures is a must.
Great customer service skills as well as strong performance a must.
