About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Sales Specialist to join our team. You’ll manage online sales across multiple platforms, optimize product listings, and enhance the customer experience to maximize revenue. Collaboration with marketing, product, and customer service teams will be key to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute e-commerce sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
Optimize product listings (descriptions, images, keywords) on platforms like Amazon, Shopify, and eBay.
Conduct market research to adjust strategies based on trends and competitor activity.
Provide excellent customer service, including managing inquiries, orders, and returns.
Coordinate inventory and restocks to ensure product availability.
Track sales performance using analytics tools and report on key metrics.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns (sales, discounts, etc.).
Collaborate with marketing for SEO and online advertising efforts.
Qualifications:
Proven e-commerce sales experience (Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, etc.).
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and sales funnels.
Experience with Google Analytics and related tools.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Data-driven with an ability to implement growth strategies.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (preferred but not required).
