Job description
We are searching for a results-driven leaders to run our event marketing and lead generation efforts.
Our primary focus is lead generation through event marketing. This is a working manager position. Our managers setup our booth and run the events, generate leads, and set appointments right along side their team.
Candidates should have strong people skills and a bias towards results.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage our trade show & event marketing programs
Work the events and assure lead generation targets are met
Find and develop talented marketing reps
Develop programs to improve lead generation efforts
Create marketing alliances to improve our bottom line
Setup and breakdown of events
Our events typically run Fridays - Sundays, we work most weekends
Must be a hands-on leader that produces alongside the team
A big part of compensation is from Personal Production
Requirements
Reliable transportation

Strong team building and leadership skills
Minimum of 5 years marketing or sales experience
Compensation Range: 55,000-90,000 based on performance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
