This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves communicating with people, helping them solve their problems, and making their spaces beautiful. You'll be driving around King County & Snohomish, meeting new people, joining networking groups, and engaging with customers at our store. We’re planning to expand, and it’s going to be an exciting journey to do that together.
Position: Full-Time Showroom/Sales Person.
Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
Experience: Sales experience preferred; knowledge of flooring, tile, or construction is a bonus but not required.
Pay: Base salary plus commission, with potential earnings of $60-100k.

Job Duties Include:
Assisting customers who reach out to us or visit our showroom.
Visiting clients' homes to measure and provide estimates for flooring and tile.
Following up on estimates—yes, follow-up is key! Did we mention it’s important?
Attending weekly team meetings.
Joining and participating in networking events.
Actively pursuing and converting qualified leads.
And, of course, follow-up!
What We’re Looking For:

Reliability, including punctuality and having a dependable vehicle (no DUIs, please).
