Job Description:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Hot Tub Sales Expert to join our dynamic team. As a Hot Tub Sales Expert, you’ll be responsible for educating potential buyers, guiding them through the buying process, and ensuring they find the perfect hot tub for their needs. If you have a knack for building relationships and a passion for wellness, this role could be the perfect fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and provide an exceptional buying experience.
Educate customers on the benefits, features, and options available with our hot tubs and wellness products.
Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Provide product demonstrations, both in-store and at customer homes when necessary.
Manage sales leads, follow up on inquiries, and close deals to drive revenue growth.
Stay up-to-date on the latest hot tub models, industry trends, and customer needs.
Assist existing customers with their hot tub needs in store.
Recommended:
1-3 years of sales experience (bonus points for experience in retail, wellness, or luxury products).
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.
Knowledge or interest in the wellness, home improvement, or hot tub industry is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
A positive, results-driven attitude.
Compensation:
Competitive salary: $50,000 - $100,000+ per year, based on experience and performance.
Small base + Commission-based incentives to reward your hard work.
