Responsibilities
⢠In many companies, âInside Salesâ means making âCold Calls.â You can make them if you have the time. However, we want you reaching out to our leads and customers provided by our Product Advisors and Technicians. We help our customers match their needs with our products.
⢠You are a person who is comfortable talking on the phone.
⢠Persistence; not everyone will say âYesâ the 1st time you speak with them. So you need to be disciplined enough to make follow up phone calls and emails. And if the customer says âNoâ¦â¦ â¦â¦," you canât take it personally.
Compensation
⢠Hourly wage plus bonus incentives.
⢠Paid vacation plus seven (7) company holidays
