A busy venue in Capitol Hill is seeking a dynamic Night Life Promoter to elevate our weekend experience into an unforgettable party atmosphere. This role will be the driving force behind creating electric Friday and Saturday nights, setting the perfect vibe, and ensuring VIP guests and regulars receive exceptional treatment.
Position Overview
We're looking for a charismatic leader who can be the life of the party while maintaining the authentic charm of our German beer hall setting. The ideal candidate will create an energetic atmosphere that keeps people returning, building lasting connections with our regular patrons while ensuring VIP guests receive top-tier service.
Key Responsibilities
Create an electric atmosphere by curating DJ performances, while maintaining strong relationships with VIP guests and regular patrons to ensure their experience exceeds expectations
Coordinate closely with Security team to ensure seamless VIP service and maintain a safe, high-energy environment
Work with DJs to curate music that sets the perfect vibe and keeps the energy high throughout the night
Develop and maintain relationships with key community members, local DJs, and influencers to build a loyal following
Execute and oversee all marketing and promotional initiatives to drive attendance and create buzz
Track performance metrics and ensure compliance with venue policies and local regulations
Foster connections between guests to create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience in nightlife promotion or related entertainment industry role
Natural ability to connect with people and create an engaging atmosphere
Strong network within Seattle's nightlife and DJ community
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Available to work Friday and Saturday nights, plus additional hours for planning
Experience with basic sound equipment and understanding of venue acoustics
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working in Capitol Hill or Seattle nightlife venues
Existing relationships with local DJs and entertainment professionals
Background in hospitality or food & beverage industry
Experience with VIP service and guest relations

Schedule
Primary hours: Friday and Saturday nights (approximately 8:00 PM - 2:00 AM)
Additional flexible hours for planning, promotion, and administrative tasks
Must be available for regular team meetings and special events
Pay: $35/hr. Plus bonus incentives based on sales and overall success and growth.
