Locally owned construction equipment company is looking for an Outside Sales Person.
Puget Sound Equipment Sales is seeking friendly, outgoing and reliable people to call on existing customer base and to find new customers in the construction and industrial markets. Ideal candidate should have some experience working with construction/industrial equipment and supplies, but we are willing to train someone with the right attitude and work ethic.
DUTIES
Achieve annual sales targets within assigned territory
Manage current customer relationships
Cold Call potential customers within assigned territory
Answering your phone after hours (evenings & weekends)
Write sales quotes and proposals
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in hardware or equipment business is a plus!
Ability to use Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, iOS or Android devices
Strong communication skills
1-2 years sales or strong customer service experience
Very high level of customer service skills required
Must be reliable, have a good work ethic and a can do attitude
Be able to lift 50 pounds to load and unload customers orders
Have some computer knowledge and be able to navigate basic computer programs
Must have clean driving record!
This is a full time position.
Base Salary ($36,000) + Commission
