As an Outside Sales professional, you will be responsible for generating sales using Company provided leads from a variety of sources, mostly in-person restaurant seminars & web leads.

· A desire to make money while genuinely helping people

· Strong telephone, interpersonal and communications skills

· Presentation/demonstration skills

Work Location: Snohomish to Whatcom counties with In-home sales & restaurant presentation seminars

Total Compensation: $85K to $100K+

No cap on earnings potential. Generous compensation package, which consists of Variable Compensation.

Uncapped commissions + Bonus + Monthly Contests

An existing insurance license is not required to apply, but you will be required to pass the licensing background check and the training to obtain a limited insurance license to sell preneed. All training & licensing cost will be covered by the company.

Paid Training

Side notes: The person who has magnificently run this region for 8 years is retiring at the end of the year. They have VERY big shoes to fill. A portion of December will be for training & licensing, but come January you should be comfortable and ready to rock.

I have been with Neptune Society for 8 years, and the region I manage is number 3 in North America. I have a small, successful team & am looking forward to adding another high-level salesperson to it. I am a hands-on trainer and hands-off manager. I hire professionals.
