Plumbing Parts - Brass Sales Executive

We're dynamic, team-oriented, privately-held business located in Kirkland WA is searching for an Account Executive to establish new accounts helping to expand sales in existing and new markets - to builders, plumbers, and OEM's and retailers. We are an industry leading plumbing materials specializing in brass parts, providing services and products nationally. We hire exceptional people with great attitudes and abilities that will help drive our company into the future.

Responsibilities

· Develop client management strategies to ensure exceptional client satisfaction

· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts

· Maintain a detailed CRM with key accounts

· Engage within industries events and functions that support the business growth

· Monitor market trends and adapt to secure new opportunities

· Collaborate within the sales, estimating and project management departments to develop accurate budgets and schedules while mitigating risks

· Develop and deliver presentations to key accounts

· Oversee scope and pricing to deliver not notch professional proposals

· Support in achieving company sales goals established for each fiscal year

Must have skills and qualifications

· Experience in plumbing materials and especially brass sales to OEM targets as well as builders and plumbers

· Customer facing communication skills (presentation and proposals)

· Ability to relate to and work with people at all levels on non-technical and technical issues

· Proven sales track record

· Ability to provide high quality customer service to key accounts

· Ability to read and understand plumbing technical specifications, certifications, and standards as well as plumbing practices·

· UPC, IAPMO, NSF, CSA expertise

Preferred qualifications

· 10 years of experience in mechanical and plumbing industry including project management and sales roles

· 5 years’ experience with customer facing roles and/or sales

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills fluent in public speaking with groups up to 20.

· Solution-oriented with a “client first” mindset and focus

· Self-starter willing to continue to challenge themselves daily
