We are seeking a team member for our New Castle, DE location. AFR Clearance Center offers employees a five-day workweek. Employees are entitled to a salary of $39,996, plus sales commission, bi-weekly pay, paid time off, medical benefits, 401K, and employee recognition and rewards programs.

Description:

The Retail Hybrid position employee is responsible for providing customer service, sales assistance, and overseeing the general operations of the retail store. The employee is also responsible for assisting the retail team by moving furniture onto and off the sales floor as directed.

Responsibilities:

Provide quality customer service, including purchase assistance, suggestive selling, and product information.

Assist customers by maintaining knowledge of store products and pricing.

Operate the sales machine and the cash register accurately and return appropriate change as needed.

Always maintain a neat and orderly store, including dusting and vacuuming.

Prepare and maintain product displays on the retail sales floor as requested.

Report any theft or suspected theft by customers or employees to management immediately.

Provide support in other areas of business operations as requested. Build and understand the store's products and price information to assist with stock levels in the assigned location.

Remove sold products from the sales floor and prepare for customer pickup and delivery.

Utilize proper material handling procedures to reduce injury and product damage.

Assemble or disassemble any furniture as directed by the store manager or assistant store manager.

Maintain a neat and orderly sales floor and stock area, including cleaning and touching up products.

Maintain and clean products on the sales floor.

Report any theft or suspected theft by customers or employees to management immediately.
