Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct roof inspections with our proven checklist
✅ Present solutions, estimates, and close contracts
✅ Follow up with clients before, during & after installs
✅ Generate leads via referrals, networking & door-knocking
✅ Collaborate with operations, scheduling, and crews
Requirements:
✅ Sales, home improvement, or roofing experience (preferred)
✅ Excellent communication & relationship skills
✅ Self-starter with strong time management & CRM use
✅ Valid driver’s license + clean record
✅ Faith-aligned, coachable, and servant-hearted
