Responsibilities:
Analyze project plans to determine materials, labor costs, and scope of work in order to generate precise cost estimates for roofing projects.
Negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Monitor project costs and implement cost control measures.
Qualifications:
3+ years of roofing estimating experience.
Proficiency in estimating software.
Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
